Meet THE FOUNDER

Bassam Sebti

At the heart of Idea Lab Digital Marketing is a story of persistence, creativity, and passion. Our founder, Bassam Sebti, built this agency after more than two decades of experience in digital communications, marketing, and storytelling—work that has earned recognition and awards for creativity and excellence.

Bassam’s journey started long before the launch of Idea Lab. As a child, he discovered the power of words, even when his early attempts at expression were stifled by censorship. That formative experience fueled his determination to share ideas that matter. It led him into journalism and, later, into the demanding world of war reporting—where he covered events during some of the hardest times with courage and clarity. To deepen his craft, he went on to earn a Master’s degree in writing, solidifying his ability to connect with audiences on a human level.

But Bassam’s creativity didn’t stop at writing. His passion for photography grew into a professional business that now complements the agency’s work. He understands that in today’s world, visual storytelling is essential to effective digital marketing, and he built Idea Lab to help businesses and professionals not just reach audiences, but truly inspire them.

Beyond the professional achievements, Bassam is a proud husband and father of two wonderful children. His family fuels his dedication to building an agency that values authenticity, innovation, and impact.

As a leader, Bassam believes that success comes from inspiring others, nurturing creativity, and guiding with vision and empathy. His career has taught him that great storytelling—whether through words, images, or digital strategy—has the power to transform businesses and communities alike.

Through Idea Lab, Bassam brings together his lifelong passions—writing, photography, strategy, and leadership—to create a digital marketing agency that is more than a service provider. It’s a partner in growth, innovation, and storytelling.
